UK Shipping:
Free Shipping on all orders over £25
- UK Royal Mail1st Class postage 1-3 Business days £3.80
- UK Royal Mail1st Class signed for £5.20
- UK Royal Mail Next Day Delivery £8.50
International Shipping:
Free International Shipping on Orders Over £45
- International Shipping £10.20 flat rate and we aim to deliver within 5-20 Business days (depending on your region and postal service)
Delivery Timescales:
We try our best to meet the delivery timescales, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control (i.e. pandemics, weather conditions, strikes, busy times such as holiday season, customs...)
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are benchmarks according to the delivery providers in order for the customer to make a judgement as to which service may be most appropriate to them.
Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday, at the weekend or a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
Insatiable Lashes will not be liable for any loss caused to you due to the late delivery.
Shipping policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our lashes are all handmade and therefore may differ slightly from one pair to another. This is not a fault of the product but rather part of the unique process of individual lash assignment.
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary/hygiene reasons there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event we got your order wrong or you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it NB: You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the damaged/faulty item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase along with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email and notify you that we have received your item and whether you qualify for a refund. If you do qualify, then your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary.
